This document establishes the official cancellation, refund, modification, no-show, chargeback, and liability policies of MPY TOURS. These policies are designed to protect the agency, its suppliers, affiliates, and operational partners while ensuring transparency and clarity for customers. By making any payment, deposit, reservation, or booking with MPY TOURS, the client expressly agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.
I. Reservation & Contract Policies
1. Reservation Subject to Availability
All reservations remain subject to confirmation and availability until written confirmation, invoice, or voucher has been issued by MPY TOURS.
2. Payment Constitutes Acceptance
Any partial or full payment made by the customer shall constitute full legal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotional Rates
Promotional, discounted, flash-sale, or special event rates are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Binding Agreement
A reservation becomes legally binding once an invoice, itinerary, confirmation email, or voucher is issued.
5. Agency Role
MPY TOURS acts solely as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.
6. Supplier Policies Prevail
Supplier-specific policies may apply and may supersede these terms if they are more restrictive.
7. Customer Responsibility
Clients are responsible for verifying names, dates, passport details, and all booking information before confirmation.
8. Name Errors
Name corrections may result in supplier-imposed penalties, cancellation, or fare differences.
9. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are informational only and do not guarantee availability or pricing until payment is completed.
10. Dynamic Pricing
Prices may change without notice due to airline systems, exchange rates, taxes, or supplier modifications.
II. Cancellation Policies
11. Written Cancellation Requirement
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the official email or communication channels designated by MPY TOURS.
12. Phone Calls Not Accepted
Telephone cancellations shall not be considered valid under any circumstance.
13. Official Receipt Date
The effective cancellation date shall be the date and time the written request is received by the agency.
14. Business Hours Rule
Cancellation requests received outside business hours shall be processed on the next business day.
15. Administrative Fees
Administrative, consulting, and service fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation reason.
16. Banking Fees
Banking, wire transfer, and processing charges are non-refundable.
17. Credit Card Fees
Merchant processing fees and credit card charges are non-refundable.
18. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance premiums are final and non-refundable once issued.
19. Partial Use
Unused portions of partially consumed services shall not generate refunds or credits.
20. Non-Refundable Suppliers
Reservations classified by suppliers as non-refundable shall remain non-refundable under all circumstances.
III. Penalty Schedule
21. 60+ Days Prior
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure may incur a minimum 10% administrative penalty.
22. 45–59 Days
Cancellations made between 45 and 59 days before departure may incur up to 25% penalty.
23. 30–44 Days
Cancellations made between 30 and 44 days before departure may incur up to 40% penalty.
24. 15–29 Days
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before departure may incur up to 60% penalty.
25. 7–14 Days
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before departure may incur up to 80% penalty.
26. Less Than 7 Days
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure are 100% non-refundable.
27. Special Packages
Holiday packages, events, concerts, sports packages, and customized itineraries may carry stricter penalties.
28. Peak Seasons
High-demand seasons and blackout dates may impose enhanced cancellation restrictions.
29. Events & Festivals
Festival, convention, and event reservations are generally fully non-refundable.
30. Group Bookings
Group reservations may require separate contractual agreements with customized penalties.
IV. No-Show Policies
31. No-Show Definition
Failure to appear for a booked service without proper cancellation shall be considered a no-show.
32. Late Arrival
Late arrival without prior notice may be treated as a no-show at the discretion of the supplier.
33. Missed Flights
Missed flights caused by personal delays, lack of documentation, or failure to check-in are the traveler’s responsibility.
34. Missed Transfers
Failure to appear at designated transfer or pickup points shall be treated as a no-show.
35. Tour Absence
Failure to attend tours or excursions forfeits the entire value of the service.
36. Hotel No-Show
Hotel no-shows may result in full forfeiture of prepaid accommodation.
37. Airline Segments
Certain airlines may cancel all remaining flight segments after a no-show occurrence.
38. No Automatic Cancellation
A no-show shall not be interpreted as a valid cancellation request.
39. Post No-Show Changes
Requests to modify reservations after a no-show may be denied by suppliers.
40. Refund Recovery
MPY TOURS does not guarantee recovery of funds after a no-show situation.
V. Refunds, Chargebacks & Legal Protection
41. Supplier-Dependent Refunds
Refunds are subject to supplier authorization and processing timelines.
42. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds may require between 30 and 90 business days depending on the supplier and payment processor.
43. Original Payment Method
Refunds shall only be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
44. Non-Refundable Charges
Service charges, processing fees, and consultation fees are excluded from refunds.
45. Fraudulent Chargebacks
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in legal action and debt recovery procedures.
46. Digital Acceptance
Electronic signatures, online payments, checkbox agreements, and email confirmations are legally binding.
47. Evidence Preservation
MPY TOURS reserves the right to store emails, invoices, payment records, IP logs, and digital communications as evidence.
48. Credit Acceptance
Acceptance of future travel credit waives the right to request cash reimbursement for the same booking.
49. Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be governed under the laws and jurisdiction determined by MPY TOURS’ registered legal domicile.
50. Limitation Period
Any legal claim must be initiated within twelve (12) months from the travel date.
VI. Force Majeure & Liability Limitations

52. Pandemics & Health Emergencies
Pandemics, epidemics, or government health restrictions may affect travel operations without generating automatic refunds.
53. Natural Disasters
Hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, and extreme weather may alter itineraries or cause cancellations.
54. Government Restrictions
Border closures, visa denials, immigration restrictions, or government mandates are outside agency responsibility.
55. Supplier Insolvency
MPY TOURS is not financially responsible for bankruptcy or operational failure of suppliers.
56. Itinerary Changes
Airlines, hotels, and suppliers may modify schedules or services without prior notice.
57. Personal Responsibility
Travelers are solely responsible for passports, visas, vaccination requirements, and travel documentation.
58. Baggage & Property
MPY TOURS assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or personal property.
59. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance coverage.
60. Acceptance of Travel Risks
By traveling, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with domestic and international travel.
