Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact one of our reservation agents immediately by phone or email. All refunds will be made via bank transaction. However, the client also has the option to modify the date of their reservation WITHOUT SUFFERING PENALTIES as long as they contact us by phone or email AT LEAST 72 hours BEFORE THE DATE ON WHICH THEIR RESERVATION WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED so that we can make the appropriate changes. Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed by the reservation agent electronically to be considered valid. Restrictions apply. Subject to availability.

Cancellations and No Shows for Accommodations

By making an Accommodation reservation on our Website, you accept and agree to the reservation conditions of MPY TOURS, SRL. When you cancel a reservation, you will be notified by email or telephone of the total amount of the refund you will receive, in If you are entitled to any, within a period of 10 to 15 business days. The transaction value may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction fees, foreign exchange or other charges. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment to the local currency and charge fees, which will mean a difference between the amounts shown by MPY TOURS, SRL and the final amounts charged to your bank account or the statement from your credit or debit card. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions about conversion rates or applicable charges. Please note that properties are third-party properties and some have different cancellation and refund policies. There are some that are subject to their policies and MPY TOURS, SRL has to adhere to them, each case is different and will be treated as such. We hope that it will never be necessary to cancel a reservation. But if there is, you will be informed of your particular case to which you are entitled and are subject to penalties according to the accommodation policies. All cancellations must be informed to our staff 72 hours before your arrival. If it is a period of less than 72 hours, the cancellation does not apply and you will lose the entire reservation amount. It is your responsibility to ensure that you contact our customer service center and receive notification via email that MPY TOURS , SRL is processing your cancellation and its status, and in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy of the accommodations. In some cases this charge is equivalent to the total price of the entire stay or the first night. In some cases more fees for commercial expenses incurred due to your reservation. We recommend that you carefully read the cancellation and excused no-show policy before making your reservation. If you do not show up at the Accommodation on time on the day the reservation begins, without having notified you, you may cancel the rest of the reservation without the right to a refund (according to the terms and conditions of the Accommodation). Excursions canceled less than 48 hours before departure will be charged 100%.

Each case will be treated separately and the complaint will be addressed at the destination.

Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability.

No Show Clients will have a 100% penalty.

Refunds applicable for your cancellation will be refunded to the same card used to pay for your reservation within 10 to 15 business days from the cancellation request. Some transaction cost charges may apply based on the payment method used and your financial institution.
